How to get there

The Limescongress in Ingolstadt

Ingolstadt, 70km north of Munich, is easily reached by car or public transport. It is located directly on the A9 motorway that connects Munich and Nuremberg and the Munich-Berlin high-speed trainline. The nearest international airports are Munich and Nuremberg, but even Germany’s biggest airport, Frankfurt, can be reached by direct train in under three hours. Coaches connect Ingolstadt with some major cities in Germany and beyond.

More information on Ingolstadt can be found on the pages of its tourism office.
